Pick up is available for local buyers. Be sure to change the Delivery Method to the pick up option to negate any shipping charges for orders under $40.00. All orders over $40.00 qualify for free shipping tax not included.

Brother Nature Purchasing Options
We accept most major Credit cards, Google Pay, E-transfers, PayPal and Apple Pay online. To purchase by Credit Card (without Paypal or Google Pay) select More Payment Options link provided during check out.

E-transfers will be processed after filling in the customer information. If you would prefer to use PayPal please use PayPal button provided.

Brother Nature Shipping Options
Local buyers are encourage to pick up their orders for faster receiving. Often same day as we serve our local community first for ease of purpose.

If you have chosen the Free Shipping option, we put your order into the Canada Post regular letter mail system in 3 to 5 business day. Delivery time after that is dependent on Canada Post, which can range from 3 to 12 days.

Eg: 3 days would be an order that is local or within BC. 10 to 12 days reflects orders in the rest of Canadian provinces. Order delivery may be delayed when Canada Post is on strike.

If you would like your order faster please choose one of the faster options at check out, we then follow the protocol set for the by that option.
