A vigorous grower that adds visual appeal to salads with ornate, deeply lobed, oak leaf shaped leaves. This is a cool-season variety but will do well in warmer months if you sow some every 2 to 3 weeks, provide part shade, even moisture and pick often.

Instructions

Direct sow at 2 cm deep, in early Spring or late summer for fall crops. Keep out of hot direct afternoon sun if succession sowing. Lettuce likes a cool start. Mulch can be used to ensure roots stay cool.

Brother Nature Shipping Options
Local buyers are encourage to pick up their orders for faster receiving. Often same day as we serve our local community first for ease of purpose.

If you have chosen the Free Shipping option, we put your order into the Canada Post regular letter mail system in 3 to 5 business day. Delivery time after that is dependent on Canada Post, which can range from 3 to 12 days.

Eg: 3 days would be an order that is local or within BC. 10 to 12 days reflects orders in the rest of Canadian provinces. Order delivery may be delayed when Canada Post is on strike.
