Instructions
Sow indoors 1 to 2 cm deep, 2 to 3 months before transplanting outside. After seedlings have set 2 sets of true leaves transplant to small containers until the plant is established. Once the roots are established and you see some new growth, you may need to harden off acclimatize your seedlings. To accomplish this, simply acclimatize them gradually for 7 to 14 days in a cold frame or sheltered spot outside. Once you see they are flourishing it will then be safe to transplant it once more to its final home. Tiny Tim is an ample producers in ground or potted. Containers work well for many tomatoes, allowing them to be moved in inclement weather as long as the pot is of a larger size and is kept evenly moist. Tiny Tim did very well for us grown in the ground in a greenhouse, but a greenhouse is not required for success. It is good to note that as a rule all greenhouse crops will produce faster than if growing outdoors and because Tiny Tim is already a midseason producer, if you start Tiny Tim early enough you will have a crop well before any Tiny Tim you plant in an outside location. Outdoor sowing requires direct sowing after last frost and thin to suit your space. Full Sun (6 to 8 hours) and even moisture are recommended for best results.
