Instructions

Asters can be sown directly in early spring, 1/4" below the surface, and planted every two weeks until late fall for continuous blooming. The seed can be sown in a flat or peat pot 6-8 weeks before the last frost; keep the soil damp and the temperature 65-70 degrees until germination, which should take about seven to ten days. When the seedlings are safe to handle and there is no chance of frost, transplant them as soon as possible. Spacing is beneficial to Asters for best results.
